Last updated: 18 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Aarohan Enterprises, operating as Innocox ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and protects information when you visit aarohanenterprises.tech or use our Android applications listed below, all published on Google Play. By using our websites or apps you agree to this policy.

1. Apps and Services Covered

  • Innocox (com.app.innocox) – candidate assessment app
  • iVintage (com.app.ivintage) – candidate assessment app
  • Royal Skill (com.app.royal_skill) – candidate assessment app
  • Kaushal Udaan (com.app.kaushal_udaan) – skill training and assessment app
  • PayZora (com.example.payzoraapp) – payments and cooperative-society services app
  • Our company website, Agency Admin Panel and related web portals.

The Innocox, iVintage and Royal Skill apps are provided to candidates on behalf of assessment agencies and training partners ("Agency"). In that case the Agency decides why your data is collected and we process it on the Agency's behalf; the Agency's own privacy terms may also apply.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

  • Name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, gender, address, organisation / training-centre / batch details.
  • Login credentials (user ID / enrolment number and password). Passwords are stored in hashed form where applicable.
  • Profile photograph and identity or enrolment documents you choose to upload.
  • Assessment answers, scores, results, attendance and feedback you submit.
  • For PayZora: member / account details, transaction and wallet records, and any KYC details required to provide the service. We do not store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password.
  • Messages you send through contact forms or by email (name, email, phone, organisation, project details).

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device information: model, Android version, app version, language, app/installation identifiers.
  • Log and usage data: IP address, timestamps, screens visited, crash and error logs, network status.
  • Approximate or precise location, only where the app needs it as described below.

2.3 Camera, microphone and face detection (assessment apps)

To keep online tests fair, the assessment apps may use the camera and microphone during an exam session to verify that the registered candidate is present (on-device face detection) and to capture photos, short recordings or audio for proctoring review by the Agency. Face detection runs on your device using Google ML Kit. We do not use this data for advertising and we do not build biometric identification profiles outside the exam.

3. App Permissions

Permissions are requested only when needed and you can withdraw them any time in Android Settings > Apps. Some features may stop working if you deny a permission.

6. Data Security

Our web applications and REST services are hosted on Hostinger cloud servers protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption and request validation. We use access controls and restrict staff access to what is needed. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, to meet the Agency's record requirements, and to comply with legal, tax and audit obligations. Proctoring photos and recordings are kept only for the period needed for result verification and dispute handling, then deleted or anonymised.

9. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing aarohanenterprises77@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject "Delete My Account" and the app name, or by contacting your Agency administrator. We will delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law or for dispute, fraud-prevention or audit purposes. This applies to all apps listed in section 1.

10. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Candidates under 18 may use the assessment apps only through an enrolling institution, with parent or guardian consent. If you believe a child's data was provided without consent, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-Party Services

Our apps use Google Play services (including location and ML Kit face detection) and our own servers. These services may process data under their own policies, available at policies.google.com/privacy. Links to external sites are not covered by this policy.

12. Cookies (Website)

Our website may use essential cookies and similar technologies for security and basic functionality. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
